$1,500 seems easier!

Caregivers heres my question:

If you pay the $1500 cultivation fee for 5 patients, do all 5 patients have to be on the form initially, or can you add patients through the year?
Also, it seems a lot easier to spend the money up front then deal with the state over and over again when there's patient changes. What do you all think?

Buy all your slots if you want. You can only cultivate the six per patient for those who you have signed agreements with. So, if you have 5 slots paid for but only have 3 patients signed up, you can only grow the 18 for those patients (plus your own, if you are a patient also).

patient changes are a moot point... you buy 5 slots and the state doesn't know any names so moving patients is no big deal.....if you don't buy 5 at once just write "slot 1 thru 3" or whatever...helps those dolts out at DHHS....

So you're saying as soon as the 1500 is paid you can add patients as you see fit, and do not need an initial list of patients to the state?

You never give a list of patients to the state. They never know who your patients are. Really, the only thing you need to be concerned about is if LEO ever pays you a visit. You need to have enough patient agreements/caregiver cards to cover the plants you are cultivating.

Hence keeping the state out of it, so unregistered patients can stay unregistered. Thanks for shedding some light...

Hey just a quick question when I get my 5 patient slots when can you start growing?
I would need to have a designated patient to grow but how many patients would be willing to wait till first harvest/cure...... Unless I give them a great deal or free oz or so for there trouble the first harvest...
I have some friends that can give me good healthy clones to speed things up for them , and it will take me prob 6 months to get my patient card because of the lack of medical records from no benefits for a while so what way should I go about it to keep my future patients from waiting or even getting any patients in the first place willing to wait 3 months should I just buy/get donation 😄 from a caregiver till I get things going just a bit lost here what did most of you do or what do you recommend doing to start out

Wow it works way different in Michigan. Here the patient pays 100$ fee to the state and chooses a caregiver (or themselves) to grow their plants. 1500$ that's expensive, I see room for abuse too. Not my problem though. Good luck in your quest!

It is only $1500 if you register to grow for 5 patients. There is no fee to grow for yourself. After that, it is $300 per patient, up to 5 patients for a caregiver ($1500).

See that's my problem I'm not a patient and neither is the mrs we both will be....but will have to establish new med records with a new Dr. which will take a while I think my only option to get things going faster is to (get a donation from a caregivers overage) and give compensation for delivery charge.....😄 till my first harvest/cure I don't want to rush my first crop so will probobly go that route to get going with out having my future patients wait. For my first crop out

For what it's worth..for the cost of one caregiver license you can have what amounts to 3 6-plant crops going at a time. 6 in flower and 12 in veg. Whatever number you are allowed for harvest, you can have twice that many non-flowering plants. An unlimited number of cuttings/seedlings.

That's true tet but even though I would have 1 caregiver card what patient would wait for my first harvest.

Also are you suggesting just start out with one card and add more from there after I get a good amount of clones and plants in veg I'm only planning on flowering 16 at a time for 5 patients and having a perpetual harvest every 3 months.

Jpz. Just go get ur card when u get here. if u have ever had any type of traumatic injury... it still bothers u! No injuries? Something must have happened to u to cause u ptsd. get a diagnosis now and when u get to maine u will have a card as soon as u get an appointment. then u can have ur op up and running and het patients after first harvest. or you can make nice with someone who has their card and sign them on as a patient. lots of people have a reccomendation just so they cant get a possesion charge. many ways to skin a cat.
