rep points ?

i have recently earn some rep points but when i check them they are grey and my rep points are the same ? before they were green and my rep was going up. when i check to rep other people the only rep is for good rep no bad rep option.

"Gray rep" is given by newcomers with insufficient post count to have earned rep award power yet. The rep is real, but adds no points to your total reputation. cn
