whats the issue

ok my other acct wont let me login so i changed pass thing did that 4 times still not letting me in it anyone know how to fix this or who to talk to or had thisproblem before thanks in advance

no .. but seems like RIU is pretty mess up at the moment .. I cant post pics and some have other problems I belive ..
