Question Trouble with a Mom Plant

I have a Blue Mtn Jamaican and is one of my Moms that I made from seed and sexed, now this plant is on 18 hrs of light and 6 of dark and she wants to flower all the time I'm totally baffled

This is the wrong category, but that's fine.
Pictures would help out, I think that they your just taking about the pre flowers. This is the plant showing maturity.
