Default Why did one of my posts not go through?

Hey, i was adding a post to my grow journal and it stated that it would not be displayed right away, it needs confirmation from an administrator. It was the only message where this happened. Could it be because the post contained 6 photos? Anyone know whats going on here? It has been over an hour since I posted it now.
