Maximum Number of Allowed File Uploads Exceeded?

WTF is this?

I have discovered I can't upload any more decent pics.
The message above is what I get when I try.
I can't delete or edit any of my previous pics I've uploaded either to create more space.
Does Elite Membership change this scenario?
In saying that, I have paid for EM about 2 months ago and my status hasn't been updated anyway.

WTF is up with this site?

Elite doesn't fix it. I had similar problems. Before I could upload 4 pics at a time, but I can't do that anymore. I can only load 3 at a time . sometimes even that don't work I am not sure If it's the amount of pixels that make a difference, I just kinda deal with it....

Yes that is true. It is when I am loading them, it only takes 3 at a time.. Never really bothers me, just takes longer

My concern is that when I use the 'Post your Pics' function to upload unlimited size pics I cant anymore.
I get that message about File Uploads Exceeded.

I can still use my albums upload for the 800 x 800 pixel pics but I like to upload better resolution ones into the gallery.
I then paste my gallery photos into my thread and they look a hell of a lot better than the album ones.
Same pixel size just higher res'.
So instead of 60kb they're 450kb.

Does EM change uploading capacity to the gallery?
What is it with the EM? How often do members get updated after they've chipped in for the new servers?
