Default Help - I can't find basic editing options

Hi,

How do I edit/delete previous threads or posts that I've created?

I noticed after posting this that it gave me options to edit it but I posted in the Newbie Central forum recently and when I view that post I don't have to option to edit.

edit it by looking down by where the quote,multi,quick reply options on your own posts and you'll see an edit option

the edit option is not there in the post in question. I noticed after posting this thread that the edit option is there but it simply isn't there on the thread in question.

thats weird, did the thread get closed by a monitor maybe? you wouldnt be able to edit or reply or anything if it was so thats my only guess

It's not closed as far as I can tell. It still shows in the forum and can be viewed etc.
