well when i had my BB 7250 i could login with no problem. but i cannot login with my BB STORM. im pretty sure its because of the new skin is the reason why. well i would really appreciate if this could be fixed. i love to get on wen im at work. makes day go by faster. even tho im sittin at a computer irs a scary thing to chance. ive looked for CONTACT US to just send an email but could not find that. well hope i can get some help.

i use my work pc all the time for RIU. just clear the privicy data after ur done.

anyway, does the BB support flash based sites etc? i think the new skin is some pretty flash / java or something like that. so id just make sure u get the updates. if u go to google on ur BB then search riu,it should be the first result, click 'cached' below the main link. hopefully u should be able to enter ur username and pass then change the layout in ur profile.

well after having the phone almost a year now i finally figured a way to log-in. i gave up on it for awhile because i could not get it. BUT FINALLY i found out how. the way the main homepage is set to login is weird BUT if you go to a thread and go to REPLY it asked you four your login in a normal way......TIGHT

I have a BB not a Storm but the OS is still pretty much the same.

I know you've figured stuff out already but thought I'd throw this in here for the rest of the BB users.

Go into your browser, while on the "Go to" page hit your menu key (Button with the dots), select "Options", select "Browser configuration", make sure that it says "Internet Browser" by "Browser:".

Make sure all of the check boxes are checked, Show images should be set to "On WML & HTML pages", Emulation mode should be set to "MS Pocket IE", Content mode should be set to "WML & HTML".

This is how I have mine set and RIU works fine and I can log in on the main page. You just gotta look for the username and password boxes.

I've had no problems with these settings since RIU was still on the old skin and even with the new skin still no problems.
