Default Cant give reputation anymore?

Im just asking this because before we had a "scale" that we could show our appreciation of a good post, but since the site has changed its no longer there. I found this thread figuring it would explain that moderators, ect. are the only ones allowed to give reputation now but it doesnt ( Rep System Information )

Just kinda curious as to this, because on my car forums they did this due to people giving reputation for anything, and just wondering if this is the same here, because I found on the other forum it was similar in size as RU is, but the moderators, enforcers, ect. couldn't keep up with the good posts, and couldn't give reputation to all whom deserved it.
Wow not sure if this will make any sense to anyone cause Im kinda rambling by now lol.

go to user options and change it to blzn07 and it will be back, i dont know why but they took rep off for some reason

Click on the "My Rollitup" tab. It will be on the left side of the My Rollitup screen. From there it's near the very bottom.
