Hey,

I'm having a problem where I can't send or receive PM's on the forum. When I try to send a PM it brings up the error message saying :

ToonToker, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:
  1. Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
  2. If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.
I'm pretty sure neither of those things apply to me, do I just need a higher post count or something?

In the edit options section of the Control Panel, the box is checked that allows "visitor messaging", this is the only thing I can find which resembles PM's.

e.g. 100 posts and member for 1 month?
