what does that mean, does it go by ur posts or ur rep? how can u tell sum1s rep?

the rep system is used to approve or dissapprove a users post or thread. To utilize the "rep" you have to click on the scales in the upper right hand corner and give + or - rep.

The "learning how to roll" and all the other different quotes/names is associated with the number of posts you have. You can run your curser over the green and orange and shaded box's to see yours or someone elses activity, points and reputation
