Can you make SuperSoil with Soilless?

I made the mistake of using sunshine #4 for my first batch of SS, now i'm sitting on a trashcan full of it and it is just straight up lacking. I started seeing slight fade 5 weeks after transplant, two of them being veg. Just go with 7 bags of roots and Bio bizz, or any other light soil, but don't waste your time with sunshine.

yeah they could but really its the ratios that matter. in doing so you lose all the amendments that would come in the mixed potting soil already. so you would have to compensate by either feeding more with fertilizer, or adding more amendments than normal SS would ask for, other wise as above stated, if you just try to grow all the way to the end with just water you will find it lacking.

I've found that the strains I am growing seem to be really hungry for P, which my soil seems to be especially lacking in, so i've been giving them strong waterings with Nitrozime. I would add about 7lbs of bat guano to my next recipe.
