Its best to let the moisture leave the seed husk for best results.
let them dry for at least 3 weeks then place in a refrigerator for 1 week this simulates winter and your seeds will race to open when germinated.

Yeah i also have read a lot of what you have written but i haven't posted as much as i could have in reply.
