Weed Nerds are individuals who need THC flowing through the veins of their brains to get smarter. The weed nerds always want to get smarter, therefor, they take the steps required to ensure the levels of THC in their blood are kept nice and high at all time. Inevitably, the potency of their own smartness is always on the rise.

Weed nerd- an individual who dedicates their life to cannabis. That means to me that you learn as much about every aspect of cannabis as possible, then you share that knowledge to others with the only hope/return you want is to better them. Whether it's growing,dispensing, using or spreading the good word.

I'd say a weed nerd is like a nerd in physicists ALWAYS reading and learning, dedicating his life to his practices and experiments, the type of guy who is always trying to teach the truths not the myths about cannabis, and especially the type of guy that just plain loves weed to the point people wonder if there isn't some sustenance to the addiction theory.
ill bet you did your time in the trenches, house filled to capacity, too many lights for your own good, reading in the dark by yourself with no human interaction for a couple months.. hell id bet you even buy the old grow books from the 60s-80s just for the comedic value of misinformation..

i can say i know the feeling!....stuck way the fuck up here....but i have to say, i wouldn't trade my few dear friends i have up here supporting me for anything!...their my fucking heart-beat (they are mostly weed nerds!)
....i havn't heard much about family yet!..........I'll say this....there are some nerds here in this forum that are quickly becoming what i consider to be real family....you know who you are! much love...
friends=liability friends=mooch friends=jail unless someone growing as much or more than me AND i knew them before i started growing im not generally friends with someone, my social life is here, on this forum. friends bring nothing but problems, drama, and misery. the only times i've had to cut my shit down and tear my room down have been because of friends and their stupidity. having friends is a liability i don't think is worth risking. when you grow/sell weed most of your "friends" arent actually your friends. 9time out of ten they're just looking to get high or to get a hand out. once you stop sharing they will dematerialize people are self serving, and generally everyone has an agenda and is looking for something, question is, are they seeking something your willing to part with? i dont want anything from anyone, and i dont want anyone wanting anything from me. people are moochers, and i hate people asking for weed, or asking to be smoked out, it just strikes a nerve with me and my instant response in my head is "fuck you buy your own" this would not be the case if people brought their own shit to the table.
