Its very easy for me to understand. You were sold a bill of goods by some lazy ass breeders and your stuck on it. We get ratios of 80% and better quite often Bongorilla started 10 cleaner seeds and got 7 females and Minitruckin got 8 of 9.
It has nothing to do with money you start a pack of seeds you take clones you sex em and you choose the best female. This is how its been done for over 4 decades and the only way to select the recessive drug dominant females.
I have grown reefer for 35 years and don't think I havn't been in every situation.
There is a right way and then there are a gazillion wrong ways always to do a thing.
People start my genetics looking for a specific profile of a mother plant based on or test grows and you do that by selection. It takes me 45 days to sex a male plant from seed thats not some huge waste of time if the end results are the best possible medicine.

I will stop however blaming the growers and blame the marketers that have you convinced its so complex to crack ten seeds and find a good female

You start just a few TGA seeds and you will find a momma. I started 2 3d seeds and found tow epic stash queens

I've seen your strains they are very good looking in fact some of the tastiest Ive seen to date.

The only thing that prevented me from buying was the fact that there were no feminized versions (no disrespect intended).

The future is here and if you had listened to every old school grower in your humble beginnings you wouldnt be where you are today, correct?

Im sure you were told every reason in the book as to why you shouldnt conduct cross breeding experiments etc. etc.

I'm willing to bet you even had an arguement or two with those who thought you were going to be partially responsible in the loss of or possibly the wiping out of the old landrace genetics by doing some of the things you guys were doing back then and now....point is it didnt stop you did it?

I hear you and agree with some of your points they are very valid at the same time I must say as a next generation grower (like you once were) that properly created feminized seeds are not evil. Nor will they ever ruin the marijuana genetic code due to the fact people will always be using non feminized seeds. Just as you most likely said at some point in your 'career' "cross breeding is not evil" to a few of the old school growers who werent happy with it back then...peace

I respect you a ton but Ed had the same argument.
There are plenty of watered down hermie prone feminized seeds around alot cheaper than mine.
Hopefully one day you will have the room and I can make sure you get some TGA gear to try without cost

Subcool, your gear looks fantastic! I can't tell you how happy I am to hear that you WON'T be feminizing your seed. It really puts me at ease knowing there are quality control types like yourself in the world. The fact that your forum is in the organics sections says a lot......... very proper.
