"I am deeply dismayed that the federal government would seek to deprive Californians of this vital medicine," Oakland City Attorney Barbara Parker said in a statement

here is the article, this is history in the making, the rest of the medical marijuana movement in California I believe is going to be based a lot on what happens here.

this is the feds last gasp.....their last death throws.....prohibition policy is changing extremely fast worldwide, and they are posturing against U.S. State and International government.......its coming, and its coming in a hurry..imho.

sub the show was great! daves garden looks great, hope to see those plants get nice and big up there.
dont stop doing the Hi-Def shows man, you have thousands of people who watch and learn from it.
though i understand if there are certain circumstances.. BUT I love being a weed nerd and appreciate every single weed nerd show..
once again thanks for teaching us, and giving out to the community. WE NEED MORE HELPFUL, HONEST, HARD-WORKERS like sub! Although all you weed nerds out there are hard working too, keep doing what you do!

I'm seeing this phrase quite a bit now, "the legendary Subcool". And why not, he's got what, like 3 books now with Ed. It's nice to see a brother break through. Too me, Sub represents the classic golden, internet era and is one of the few guys from that time period still around and he's one of the very few guys my own age who on the internet doesn't sound and act like an old grandpa, fuck ya.
