Michael Pollen's other books are also must read material, omnivore's dilemma and food rules are two great books by him.

Best book that is about keeping it real is 'one straw revolution' by Masanobu Fukuoka. Michael Pollen even does a little blurb on the back! It's a book I recommend to everybody as Masanobu Fukuoka is so old skool and is just keeping it real.

Try and find a forum anywhere in the world that has as much information about growing any plant as the marijuana forums. Search anything to do with organic feeding etc and top 5 will have a cannabis forum link. Guys here just know there shit and I have learnt so much (especially from sub - who I orginally thought was in botany of desire until I found out who he really was...I watched botany of desire before I even had discovered dank - that quote from Michael Pollen sold it for me). Check out some of the 3 Little Birds articles...some of the forum members here are so knowledgeable they have probably forgotten more than some of us here even know.

Sub, fucking awesome last couple of shows....great tunes, and content.....love the "ganja" stories.....V.H. takes me down memory lane too bro, and i got a killer story to share for you guys after the cup......the little tid-bits of memory are still trickling in!........I agree, I really think you should stick to your guns when it comes to the title of the new book.....it is so important, and its your vision ....i personally think it is briliant, and fits the "mission" of the series conceptually.....i have always been attracted artistically to simple concepts, and believe that the Dank series is what it is because of it......in my mind "subcool" and TGA is the science of dank, and think it can and will only enhance the series......the Weed Nerd has been fucking killing it lately, and so is this forum as of late, and i have no doubt in my mind that the new book will as well...........great work brother.......nugs

Subcool like the show and the stories man always good. I wanna hear some stories about the 80s tho when you did an assortment of things. I know you and Mz jill Just smoke and dont drink and whatnot but i am just curious if every now and again you do any mushrooms or anything to expand the mind some? I know its off topic from the dank but just curious.

....i personally think the terms "expert" and "master" are far too over used in todays culture and do nothing but "cheapen" the subject being advertised, everyone is a fucking guru, or master now-a- days, and imo are words that should not be used lightly.....not that Sub is not any of those, but just abused.....i think simplicity is a concept our society desperately needs to embrace again.....some of the most powerful concepts are one word, or even a symbol.......corporations figured this out a long time ago.....think McD's, Nike, Air Jordan, Sports emblems, flags, etc. etc........imho.....
