i've got 5 3 gallons (QT's in 3), and 4 9x9 white pots which are around 2 gal. i believe. I'm making my way to ss, but i had to spend my money on the setup this time, so i didnt have money for larger pots(plus i would only be able to run four or five 7 gallon pots in my setup and i needed to run 9 clones). in my mix i used a bag of happy frog, 3/4 bag of shellfish compost, another half bag of organic potting soil, a few lbs of earthworm castings, indonesian bat guano, dolomite lime (eyed it out), and that was it. THe mix drains well, but even with smaller pots i only have to water every 4 days.last two weeks have been water only for the Qt's, and molasses for the couple weeks before that. around 4 weeks they began to get an early fade so i had to hit them lightly with some N ( by means of FF Grow Big), and that helped prevent early leaf drop. The Fans faded from burgundy, to deep purple, to yellow, then overnight turned vibrant red, while the sugar leaves and buds still have purple hues. I'm looking for taste and quality over quantity, but they're still gonna yield well by the look of things.
