ok so i decided to tell my story, last week i returned home from work nothing looked out of place untill i went inside. first thing i noticed was my tv was in the middle of my living room floor. then it hit me i ve been robed so the first thing i do is head to the basement and sure as shit the door was kicked in to the basement. as i head down the stairs i can see the yellow glow of the hps light but the doors are wide open. so needless to say all of my plants are gone 6 querkels and all of my 7 cuts of spacequeen are gone. i could tell that the person who got me was content with all my electronics untill they found the locked basement door. im sure they did not expect to find what they found. the only thing i am thankfull for is they did not steal my lights or anything pertaning to my grow room fans nutes etc..nor did they bother to steal all the shit they were going to, like my tv ,blueray ,etc they just left all that were they unhooked it on the floor. the plants were not even close to being done 3 were at week 5 and the other 3 were still in transition week 1. so me and the wife called adt and got the works package while we look for somewhere else to move. 3 weeks ago the neighboor 2 houses up was robbed. so it looks like its time to go.. and it looks like ill be ordering some more of subs beans. i really hate this shit.. thanks for listening everyone and i really would not wish this shit on my worst enemy, being without genetics blows and makes you feel really depressed, when you think of all the time money and love you put into your plants... depessing

you gotta be careful with adt though, my friends alarm went off and the fuzz showed up. somehow the door got opened (whether or not it was a burglar is unknown) so the police walked in to the house to see if anyone was there or anyone was breaking in or whatever. wellllllll they didnt find anything missing but they did find 8 mature white widow plants, each of them having about 2 ounces on them and they were looking soooooo beautiful. Anyways he had an amazing lawyer and got off with 30 days and probo for everrrrr but still at least he isnt locked up. BE CAREFUL WITH ALARM SYSTEMS FUZZ WILL BUST YOU IF YOU ARE NOT CAREFUL!!!

Least you got your lights and are smart enough to move after somthing like this has occurred. Could have been a lot worst scenarios played out than what had happend... consider yourself lucky. Goodluck to you man hope everything smoothes out and peace can be restored to your grow area

yeah i'd be careful w/ alarm co's. make sure that you have a do not dispatch for a single zone alarm. if it's a multi-zone hit they'll call 5-O. Peace and good luck!

I agree. I have a home alarm system and I do not arm it at all when I have a grow going, well the fire alarm part of it is always on.
When the alarm company gets a signal and they notify LEO, LEO can and will enter if there is a door or window open or broken. They are looking for the burglars, but anything they see is fair game. By having an alarm go off, and the monitoring company sending LEO, you in fact have invited them in. If the property is secure but the alarm went off, they often will wait until someone arrives and will want to look around for your safety in case someone would be inside.

yah im trying to look at the bright side of the blunt. now i have a reason to try vortex and the third dimenison by sub. i have been growing space queen for over a year now and the querkel i got at the cannabis cup a couple years ago when subcool was there. but trust that the space queen will find her way back to my grow show, she is such a great medicine and me and the wifes fav smoke, thanks to everyone for posting i really apiciate all the positive feedback, it helps.......... luckly i noticed that tga seeds are being sold at attitude.

as far as the alarm company goes when we set it up we put call contact first, which is me as i only work minutes from home.. and there aint gonna be any more basement mishaps as we bought a new door and installed 2 kicker plates on a full steel door and a new deadbolt replaced all the wood pine trim and door jam with a resin composite wood that can handle 3000 pounds per square inch. the land lords gonna shit when we move..
