A boss wondered why one of his most valued employees had
phoned in sick one day. Having an urgent problem with one of the
main computers, he dialed the employee's home phone number and was
greeted with a child's whisper. " Hello ? "

"Is your daddy home?" he asked.
" Yes ," whispered the small voice.
"May I talk with him?"

asked, "Is your Mommy there?" " Yes ."
"May I talk with her?" Again the small voice whispered,
" No ."

Hoping there was somebody with whom he could leave a
message, the boss asked, "Is anybody else there?"
" Yes ," whispered the child, " a policeman ".

Wondering what a cop would be doing at his employee's
home, the boss asked, "May I speak with the policeman?"
"No, he's busy ", whispered the child.

"Busy doing what?"
" Talking to Daddy and Mommy and the Fireman ," came the
whispered answer.

Growing more worried as he heard a loud noise in the
background through the earpiece on the phone, the boss asked,
"What is that noise?"

" A helicopter " answered the whispering voice.
"What is going on there?" demanded the boss, now truly
apprehensive.

Again, whispering, the child answered, " The search team
just landed a helicopter ."

Alarmed, concerned and a little frustrated the boss
asked, "What are they searching for?"
Still whispering, the young voice replied with a muffled
giggle... " ME ."

now that's funny. Hey Video, back in September, I got into a conversation with a guy at my local Hydro Shop when I asked about CO2. He was talking about using Oyster Mushrooms. The Boost Bucket uses Mushrooms. You have grown, maybe still are, mushrooms. The way Harley was explaining it, you could put the mushrooms in some of the flexible ducting like we use for ventilation, poke a bunch of small holes in it , put in some straw and whatever growing stuff(feed), and your mushroom spores?. Hang it down from the ceiling and provide your plants with co2. Takes about three months, for the bag to be used up, and you would have a secondary crop of mushrooms, and some great composting material. Some thoughts?

Actually you are right one! I was discussing this over at a shroom fourm with one of the mods there, and he said the exact same thing basically. Hold on a sec, I'll copy and paste his reply to me...........

I watched the video on their site, it appears they're using a mix of various substrates and inoculating them with an unknown mushroom strain.
As the mycelium grows through the substrate bag it expires co2. The pump and tubes are the system to disperse the co2.

You could knock up a couple bags of sterilized grain substrate and place them in a mid sized container and rig up an air pump with an exhaust system that would concentrate the co2 in the right areas. They could be inoculated with pretty much any strain, maybe an oyster mushroom strain.

A refill for those things are $100, thats steep.
Couple bags here and there from mushbox.com might run you 30 bucks or so.
Making some liquid inoculant for new bags you inoculate would keep your costs down, so would making your own substrate bags.
Plenty of teks like that around this site if you're inclined to do so.

I guarantee those co2 booster things are a product that are made to order.
They probably have all these inoculated substrate bags waiting to be put inside the buckets.
I bet the buckets are sealed so you don't know the contents inside it.
You could buy one, crack it open and spawn some of the colonized substrate to some sterilized substrate.

Lots of options to replicate something comparable to this on the dime.
