you know there are always parking tickets. I just got picked up on one....what a pain in the ass. Nice cartoon, it's so true. The war on drugs....If they legalized marijuana the legal system would go bankrupt do you think that is why they have this so called war...I do it's a freakin' business and that is ashame especially in such civilized times.
