Trainspotting is pretty good when high.

While I am not a big fan of Ben Stiller his movie The Heartbreak Kid really made me laugh a few times. What might be the best scene of the flick is buried in the credits so you have to watch part way through the credits or fast forward a ways through them to see it. Even just watching them isn’t bad because a fairly decent song is used, Suffragette City, and it really fits the final scene so it makes it even funnier.

More movies are doing that, burying scenes in the credits so you either miss the last scene or have to watch the credits, if in a theater where you can’t fast forward. Its like the three Pirates of the Caribbean flicks, if you don’t watch all the way through the credits or fast forward to the end of the credits you miss the final scene of the movies.

A movie that is ALWAYS great to watch regardless of being high or stoned or not is "Goodfellas."

Great flick!


My favorite lines from the movie:

"Now the guy's got Paulie as a partner. Any problems, he goes to Paulie. Trouble with the bill? He can go to Paulie. Trouble with the cops, deliveries, Tommy, he can call Paulie. But now the guy's gotta come up with Paulie's money every week no matter what. Business bad? Fuck you, pay me. Oh, you had a fire? Fuck you, pay me. Place got hit by lightning huh? Fuck you, pay me."

For those who do not know it the movie is based on a real person and real events. How closely they follow what really happened is questionable but it is fact based.
