No. 1 Grow Auto Blue Mystic (Nirvana) [Cabinet] {CFL}, Hydro; |Wicking|

Hey everyone!

This is my first grow, I will be growing alongside some basil that I will move out of the room as the basil grows.

I will be growing Auto Blue Mystic, I got the seed from Nirvana Seeds
I am using 4 CFLs for the lighting(24/7 lights).
For feed I am using Fox Farms fertilizer
The seed is starting in a peat pellet and will be transplanted into a sock with a 50/50 perlite vermiculite mixture and It will obtain nutrients via hydroponic wicking.
I obtained this method from Jim

Day 5 from seed (11am). Next set of leaves coming though.
Gave a very light feeding to my basil and blue mystic that will last a few days. 1 tsp hydro veg in 1 gallon. Checked PH. 6.1

If you cant tell by looking, socking the basil was my first attempt at this method of growing. I applied a few different methods in the blue mystic jug.
I cut a plastic cup to make a support for the top portion of the sock, stretching it out to allow for more soil. I used roughly the same amount of soil in both jugs, however the blue mystic jug had a more uniform soil layout.

Thanks for the look at the thread. I love to take photos of all my plants, once the dark basil I'm growing gets its second set of leaves out I will be displaying that as well.

Attempting new method of seed germination.
Will plant 1 spearmint, 1 cilantro, and 1 rosemary and hope for the best!

Edit: In the photo I describe the bulbs as being 13 watts. They are 20 watt each.
With a 2200 Lumen output each.

Don't expect too much. I'm taking numerous steps to keep the plant as small as possible. I am limiting soil to limit root size, and limiting lighting as well. Im hoping for one decent sized main cola on a 6-9in plant.

To do that, I'd suggest you try what I'm thinking about. A miniplant project where you only let it veg for a short period of time and switch it to flowering. If you switch it to flowering early(like first or 2nd week i dont know exactly how late you can go.) you should have one solid cola and that's about it.

This is an auto(supposedly feminized) that I have on lights 24/7 Im looking for harvest around day 60.
