I believe your thoughts are what drives you so imagine if you have only negative &/or fearful thoughts...wouldn't that negatively effect your exisistence & experience? Look at the bright side sometimes - it's beautiful. You can even see the beauty in death or as I like to imagine ascension if you look close enough in my opinion.

i was also thinking about this in the same way as you last year i would literaly wake out of a sleep and think "shit im gonna die some day" very intense visions then i started to say f*&k it im just gonna do whatever i want to do before i cant anymore

Death is just part of life(the last part). But if you let it fuck with you bad enough to where you are getting nothing out of what time you have on Earth, you are as good as dead already.

Have you ever been close to death? I don't mean seen someone die, I mean yourself, personally, physically close to death?

The only way to get to the root of the problem is to completely feel out the "badness/evilness" of what you are feeling. Only then can you overcome the problem and transform it.

That's what I was thinking like if you were about to die and came back you wouldn't fear death you'd love life. Not sure you should try to get near death though...ha

From my experiences of what you talk of (lasted several years for me) too much smoking and naval gazing doesnt help. I am also a Virgo and Virgoans are predisposed to suffer from hypercondria which when stoned can become a morbid fear of death, it can affect your life to the point that you wont want to drive your car because it so dangerous etc etc. Give up smoke for a while, iI did for 2 years or so and after smoking again for 8 months now dont suffer with it any more. Knowing that I was suffering from panic attacks helped also as before I thought I was dying every day also...complete mind fuck!
