"Perfect Sense" is when both your heart and your mind agree with the decision(s) you are making: no doubt, no inconsistencies, no contradictions, no denials, no wrongs, etc, etc between them.

When (wo)man has lost the (perfect) sense of God because of the delusion and/or distortion/astonishments/worldly/carnal things within their minds due to the corruptions of the world such as lies and (false) illusion(s) and vain manipulation(s), God uses sign(s), wonder(s), miracles, and His Word to reach the mind/CONSCEINCE of his called, chosen and faithful followers because these worldly things have tricked their minds and detached or made them forget that connection through their minds of the Truth between God above and God in their hearts.

Note: Remember that the mind is the main battle field of man between heaven and hell on earth with the psycho-spiritual/invisible things as in words, images and the likes. So until you got your mind and/or know/trust your heart regardless you are likely lost and perishing.

"Your Mind Must 'Illuminate' Your Heart with Only Truth."

This is to say that the knowledge that you accumulate day to day over time and accept as your personal philosophy or perspective in life should be consistent to your heart, not inconsistent or hypocritical.

This goes back to the essay “Perfect Sense”; your mind/conscience is naturally suppose to agree with your heart with honest reasoning; not necessarily your heart forced from false pretense to agree with your mind. What I am saying in the later statement is based on the false elements that enter our minds through the world; the world is full of both false and true elements, that is to say both natural and unnatural elements; many times in these modern times individuals are subjected to accept the unnatural things in their minds as natural.

Thus, their hearts ought not agree with their minds in these circumstances; the guidance and standard of the heart must be the precedent or the priority over the mind as far as information retention goes.
