What's everyone's thoughts on companionship? Is it necessary to be healthy & happy?

Your correct -my mind is everywhere - I apologize - just don't have anyone to talk to & that hurts sometimes ya know.

I think companionship is something that you definitely need. In some form or another and for some people, in small doses. We are humans after all. We function in humanity, a collection of people that are all hopeless strangers in our numbers. Yet, have someone to share the best of times and worst of times together, is definitely encouraging.

Don't try to get too down on yourself man. As mjetta had mentioned, I've seen your other posts. I think you might just need to focus your energy on something else for awhile. Dwelling on sad things will only drag you down.

i definitely thing companionship is important. but not always with people. i love my friends and family...but sometimes i would just rather hang out with my dog...or go outside and spend time with nature...it can be quite the companion too. but i do think that its basic human nature to connect with people.
