Men under the right conditions can produce milk "not only do you have teats dear sirs but you know how to use them".Mammary glands are still present in a male just small and unused,in fact quite a few tribal groups use the men as pacifiers a few of those "lucky" pacifiers are stimulated by the suckling and tah da they got milk! So nips on a dude useless nah.
