maybe self =1 so we are all a bunch of ones along with the zero,we are binary..zeros and ones..

Why is it if zero means "nothing", if we add it to a "1" it becomes "10"? Would it not still be a "1"? Does that make sense?

...yes. In certain forms of numerology (not the hokey stuff) you would add the one to the zero and have one. Kinda looks a bit like 'weaving', if you care to reach out that far.
