I would probably say yes. It's seems along the lines of the hackers that wait in Starbucks to spy on everyone's wifi connection to acquire someone's CC/banking info. I don't think that mixing human and animal is a good idea... Ever seen the movie Splice? Go watch it...? Then tell me the top 3 reasons it is a really really bad idea...humans are too complex to just mess with like that...too many other secondary issues with emotional and mental health and well being that couldn't be addressed in an animal.human hybrid...

perhaps, but there is also a huge chance that you will see things you wish you hadn't if you were spying on people in such a manner...you can't unsee some things and clothes cover up a lot of things good and bad...sometimes people look great in clothes, but out of them not so much...so I would say x-ray glasses are riskier for the person wearing them, than the people being viewed unknowingly.
