Jesus probably had varying lengths of hair throughout his life. Just like anyone, but more commonly in the time of no Gillette. He probably had long hair a lot.
Etiquette and "Disgrace" are public occurrences. And Jesus was unaccounted for for like 20 years, and you're going to sit here and tell me he was probably shaving the whole time and not smoking weed?
