Something I read said that if u smoke and go to sleep well after u come down it could help, it was one of the factors of my ld last night (fatty bong rips) but don't go to bed high, I heard that fucks it up.

Not even saying I had one, just wanted a quick update for you guys to read.

Last night I got a pen and paper ready to log my dream, I was pinching myself all day and night, just reality check, I threw myself into the grove of it, not expecting anything immediate but simply because I'm obviously interested in having one.

I wake up for the first time ever in a loooonnng time, middle of the night, 5am and I sware to fuck I thought there was a 4 foot centipede on my chest coiling around my arm. Felt it and everything, and I couldn't move. I looked at my clock and it looked really fucked for some reason, thats when my body JOLTS up and I'm in my room.

was really weird...I don't even own a clock...fuck guys...lol. Good morning, right?
