Anyone familiar with this?

Its basically when your soul (possibly) leaves your body when youre sleeping, unconscious, or in deep meditation and you can go explore different times, places, real and fake. Similar to a lucid dream except it wouldnt be entirely in your mind like most lucid dreams are, also you should be more conscious and closer to our physical reality during astral projection than when dreaming.

I believe this just happened to me a few hours ago so Im beginning to take interest in it again. I was taking a little nap since I was tired and had been sleeping for about 4 hours when it happened. I became more conscious but was still sleeping and noticed a weird feeling in my legs. It felt like they were floating up and down, next I heard a loud buzzing/ringing noise that filled most of my consciousness. I knew what was happening so I let it go to travel deeper. The ringing got louder and vibrations continued until I saw all white and a triangular like shape with writing or a face on it. At this point I was too awake so I got out of this state pretty quickly and woke up. Interesting experience but I didnt get to go that far.

Honestly it scares me sometimes but not as much as it did when it first happened years ago (as far as I know). The farthest Ive gotten is still inside the same room, Im never intentionally trying to do it. Ive learned how to start it off now incase anyone wants to know how to get into that state and what it will be like.

Anyone else ever experienced this or know about astral projection?

While meditating on 4 tabs of very strong LSD i was seeing inconceivable places. the beginning of the universe, the moment a soundwave breaks on the molecular level, through a whirling vortex of light and energy like from electric sheep but real and more connected and fluid. prior to this i had read a portion of the tibettan book of the dead and after i read the rest and...wow.

i found this to be the single most profound spiritual experience of my life.
i do not abuse lsd, i take in extreme moderation. ty.

Nice, sounds like an intense experience (in a good way).

I havent done acid yet but Ill be getting into it along with other psychedelics soon. Ive had some intense experiences (without and without drugs) though and they really got me believing that there is so much more out there to see and experience. I do meditation sometimes for more of the peaceful part and Ive yet to be able to astral project or reach that much higher of a consciousness while meditating. For me meditation helps me look more from a different view.

You should check out DMT as well which is another drug Ive learned a lot about and could be directly related to things like astral projection, but its supposed to be able to take you to different worlds almost instantly, much more intense than anything you could experience without help from a substance.

DMT is crazy
i think it has something to do with soul interaction and human evolution on a neural level, and the mayans drank it and came up with a perfect time/astronomical system.
so yes im a dmt fan as well but like any psychonaut as not to lose the magic i trip only once and a while

Can you describe your experience and what it was like? also how were you able to do it and do you have any advice on how to do it?

I got done watchin the whole series and the movie a while ago and it was really good. I was never that much into animes in the past but am trying to get into them more, Ive seen a few and had no idea theres some amazing stuff out there to find whether in a series or movies.
