The Trinity. Interesting topic.

The Trinity is nothing more than 1+1+1 = 1. Christians believe they are monotheistic when they are not. The Trinity argument gives Christians a pass for breaking the Second Commandment. Funny how that works. It also allowed early Christians to distinguish themselves ideologically from pagan and polytheistic faiths.

God is God the Father. Jesus is his son. The Holy Spirit is God on earth.

The Holy Spirit took Jesus' place when he ascended into the clouds. Think Casper with a halo. It is the Holy Spirit which prompts Pentecostals to speak in tongues and jump pews.

So the holy spirit could be considered Alan Rickman from Dogma or the "metatron"


We are monotheistic there are just differnt (and i use this term loosely) "Forms" of God which are all god (thats the way i c it at least)

Come On Man, If God Can't Be Numeralized Then Why Did He Split Himself Into The Trinity!

Alright, Thee Trinity

God The Father- Pretty Self Explanatory, The Supreme Deity. Title Used Before Even Christianity And Judaism As The Leader And/Or Father Of Gods.

God The Son- Never Used In The New Testament But Very Often Said To Be Jesus.

The Holy Ghost/Spirit- God's Will. By Far The Most Mysterious But To Me The Most Easily Describable. The Only Eternal Sin Is Blasphemy Upon The Holy Spirit. Speaking Agsinst God's Will.

C'mon! It's Obvious! I Personaly Don't Believe In God Nor Religion But I'm Well Versed On It.

Are you saying that each component of the Trinity is equal to 1/3 of a deity? What does that say about the omnipotence of God?

And when Jesus was sweating blood and praying in the garden of Gethsemane asking that God spare him from his impending execution, was he talking to himself?

im just saying i think god is to complex to understand he is infinite and we are finite. but there r ways to understand him. its not like there are other 100% understood trinity gods that i can compare him to so a shamrock is the best i got. see a shamrock is also finite so i cant really use that to compare to god but it is the most simple way to acheive a basic understanding towards God.
