an alarm clock.....

i laid down earlier to take a nap. i set the kitchen timer for 2 hours and clipped it to the curtain next to me. i started it, laid down and started to read some of stephen kings' "cell". i drifted off after 15 - 20 mins. i awoke some time later, got up, went to the bathroom. when i came out the timer was going off. it counts backwards after it goes off. it had been going off for 12 seconds.


i can lay down to sleep and tell myself when i want to wake. i'm wake before the alarm goes off, every time. usually within 10 mins of the actual time. today i pretty much nailed it dead on. this i've been able to do for 3 - 4 years now. the wife has been setting the alarm clock for years so i get up for work in the morning. i turn it off while i'm having my second cup of coffee.


i often get caught in 1 hour ruts. no matter what i do i wake at 3:45am, 4:45am, 5:45am........ i have then same problem at night. i fall asleep for an hour every hour. it's just weird.

Dude just keep on reading "The Cell" it'll put you to sleep. I'm a huge king fan but did not like that one. Dude between your nightmares and sleep problems you need to relax that brain of yours.

I wake up have a puff and i am off again... the better the pot the better the sleep.

that my friend is the tip of one HUGE iceberg. i smoke a lot.

jesus... i can't even hope to get through without wakin up a couple times... and thats only if i smoke a lot before i go to bed... i go to bed sober i don't fall asleep...

not if its got a nice narcotic feel to it... justs makes my whole body numb and my brain slow down...

... or i just smoke until i pass out... and any bud will do that to me in large enough quantities

i'm up all night doing bong rips. wtf? even the indica. i often go to the keif, honey oil, mix log to really help on those tough nights. a good blast or 6 off the hooka will put me down. but i may wake in an hour. the one thing that does work is edibles. so far they have been 100% effective for sleep when i have actually felt effects off them. for me it's hit and miss with edibles, but that's a whole 'nother thread.

fdd... ever think of taking a pure indica and flowering it real long (indoors i guess you'd have to) until all trichromes were a deep color and full of cbd (cuz isnt that one of the ones that makes you real tired?)
