I am a christian and I volunteer at church and attend regulary although I dont beleive it is necessary to go to church in order to beleive. It just helps me on my path to be around other christians ya know? Its crazy though I struggle with the marijuana issue on wether its a sin or not. I think since marijuana is natural and god put it on this earth so it cant be a sin can it? I think its all about balance in life. As long as you dont let it affect your life then Im thinking that is ok. and opinions?

Why dont you just not worry about it. Why do you have to live your entire life on what a book or some stupid cult tells you. What do YOU think about smoking marijuana. Theres an idea, thinking for yourself

I think it is ok to smoke as long as you know where your herb is coming from. I used to buy herb wherever until i learned about all the violence and suffering caused by the very cartels that supply my local weed. If u grow it or get it from a nonviolent source i beleive there is no sin involved... In my eyes the sin begins when you put your habbits over the lives/welfare of others

You will have to be the judge, however, I consider it medication personally. Frankly, I do not intend to get 'stoned out of my mind' when I smoke, I simply intend to feel better.

IMO...it is no sin with my intentions. With other intetions, however, it certainly could be.

i personally dont think its a sin... well cuz i dont really think about sins or god too much... but whenever i see people asking this question they always say "I think since marijuana is natural and god put it on this earth so it cant be a sin can it?" or something along those lines... and that makes me think of adam and eve with the apple. god put it in the garden of eden to tempt them and to see if they would listen to god or whatever

just my two cents.

but i think most believers have a problem with this because everywhere people tell them its bad but they really like it so its hard for them to let go.
