this is a link for a petition to allow a woman to raise her granddaughter. in oregon grandparents dont automatically gain parental rights in the event of there being no parents to raise a kid, so this baby is being raised in foster care. no need for the state to be taking care of this kid if she has a willing, loving family member that wants raise her.

this comes to me threw a friend that personally knows the ppl involved, i trust the situation is legit and worth ur time.
