I used to stand at the edge of the Atlantic, right where the waves break, close my eyes,spread my arms out, and tilt my head back, and I could feel the Earth rotating.

if i go to forests i always feel earth.i feel the power of nature.and this makes me to be better human.anyway meditation in nature is a best thing we can do.peace.

I just like to go sit in my backyard. It is really more of a park. Tall everygreens and oaks flank all sides. Several butterfly bushes attrack the butterflys. The Oregon grape, mexican orange, photonia and small everygreen shrubs give protection to small animals. Lilic and daphne fill the air with scent. And the cool thing is that about 75 percent of all this beautiful plantings were given to me! I don't like roses so I traded with someone who didn't like their butterfly and photonia bushes. And so on.

well when i go out hunting in the mountains or fishing on the rivers or camping in the dessert...i always feel earths true majestey

Sometimes I just like to smoke some amazing indica and just sitting out in a secluded area and watch the sunset or look at the clouds.
Out here in Kansas the clouds are insanely amazing...
But I guess sometimes I do feel like I just tuned into nature's frequency and if I do it during a windy day I sometimes find myself moving with the trees without even thinking about it.

Yup. We all do that. I suppose recognising it and remembering it are the keys to a certain well-being.

wow that actually sounds like really good idea i wish there was more nature where i live lol. cities dont really have a good place where you can get away. id have to drive like 40 minutes to be alone like that. i really do want to try it though.
