I have had depression issues in the past & still deal with it sometimes & thinking to myself it could be worse gets me by.

Read a book,and try to lose yourself in it.
This is very different from watching a film or playing a game.
I found scifi,fantasy novels to be the best as its easier to lose yourself in them.
