closed threads?

im not trying to bitch or anything...but whats the point of having a "spirituality, SEXUALITY, and philosophy" section if we cant speak in somewhat graphic terms? its not like anyone was being rude or anything, so why did the threads get closed? i mean...were all supposed to be adults here anyway...

All you have to do is read the first and last post...

FDD is right it WAS vulgar... All of the things said in the first post could have been expressed (in an adult manner) without using vulgarity... =]

There is nothing wrong with being graphic but being childishly nasty is just unneeded...

Compare it with his post just a few words changed could make the difference between being nasty and being descriptive... IMO...

...I thought I just needed regular sex to build up my stamina...

Let alone the number of posts that would fallow his lead afterwords...

to an extent i do totally agree that some of it is somewhat childish and i only found it mildly vulgar...but in all honesty were supposed to all be adults here, who should be able to maturely handle the language and subject matter. and if people find that thread to be a bit too graphic for their liking, they dont have to read it or participate in the discussion...u know?

I agree with you sarah. I have no problem with the rules... but don't make following them so complicated. Don't claim that this is an "adult" website... and then disallow anything adultish. Don't have a forum for sexual discussion and then close a bunch of threads which contain sexually explicit language. I'd like to know what words are considered "vulgar" or "obscene". Is "shit" vulgar? I'd say it is. Its vulgar language... but its used a hundred times a day on this site. I understand that the admin wants to keep this site clean... but I don't agree with telling ADULTS that they aren't allowed to use adult language. I don't see the harm in explicit language. Explicit pictures, videos and links are a different story. Not trying to challenge anybody... I just think things should be clarified and revisited by the admin.

I bet this thread gets closed too.Questioning the rules seems to be frowned upon.

I was thinking the same thing. This is a COMMUNITY. We should be able to inquire about certain things. Sometimes these type of discussions do get out of line and I can understand closing them when that happens... but this one hasn't gotten out of line yet. unfortunately, I foresee a couple of tyrants coming in here and changing that.

i think the word that seems to cause a lot of problem is "p***y" i didnt wanna type it out cuz i know thats one of the words that is frowned upon...which i DO understand...but did we have to close the whole thread just cuz some potty mouth uses that word? lol...oh well...and its not that im mad or anything...i mean...fdd is just doing what hes supposed to do by keeping the threads clean...but i wish there was just a way to delete the "questionable" posts...instead of the whole thread...well...then again that would take a whole lot of time...oh well...i dunno...i guess if i can think of a better solution i'll let someone know...lol **please dont be mad at me fdd! i wasnt trying to bitch or anything...i was just wondering why...sorry if i've been a pain in your butt!**
