like I have just been hitting a nitrous balloon? I mean, I'm sitting there eyes closed, just counting my breaths trying to relax and it just keeps on feeling that way if not get stronger. This afternoon was an especially heavy feeling, could it possibly have been because I got high a few hours before and was still a little bit dazed(not much though)? Once I start noticing it, I think that maybe its because I might have my eye balls looking up but when I try to check I can't figure if my eyes are looking up or straight forward(because my eye lids are closed) but I'm pretty sure they're straight forward.
I haven't had a meditation session that lasted any longer than 20-25 minutes, I'm just starting, but whats up with that feeling that I'm having?! any ideas?! |

yea man thats some good shit huh. iv been meditating for about 2 months now. Its your chi(life energy) that you release, the longer the meditation, the stronger release and flow through your body. Its the ultimate high, and its strong as fuck when im high. Let me put it this way, its like a old rusty hose(if it were metal?lol) that gets used, the longer its used, the stronger the flow. But when im high i can just go straight to the fosset and turn it on, the shit's intense. The main release spot is deep in the pevlis. Qigong is the art that strengthens and cultivates that chi. Look into it!

just focus on breathing deep in your stomach, as you exhale, try imagine a pushing down in the stomach, but the first thing you have to do is relax every muscle and sit with good posture. hope it helps, and the more you meditate, the stronger and quicker and you feel it.
