Yeah, that helps a lot. The thing that helps the most though is learning its a panic attack and not something more serious. Like most ppl who had them, the 1st couple times I had a panic attack I tried to go the hospital becuz I thought I was having a heart attack, my heart was jumping all over the place, the shit was scary. After I learned for sure that they were just panic attacks it stopped most of them and they were a lot less severe.

I never did acid before though. I started getting panic attacks 3 months after I quit smoking weed. When I started again they gradually got better until now when I havent had a real panic attack in over 4 months. I think weed helps a lot with my anxiety.

From personal experience, and what I've read, your best bet is throw out yur drugs and start smoking more weed. I was on anti depressants for years and they turned my brain to shit. Weeds the best thing thats happened to my life hah

I can agree with that too. I took anti-depressants for over 3 years strait, and if anything, they did more damage than good. Seriously, that shit fucked with my brain worse then weed ever couldve. Not to mention the side effects while I was taking it, from gaining 25 lbs in a month or 2 to having no sexual desire, to not even feeling like a person, I had no emotions. Im gonna try to stick to just weed now, I just remembered what that shit did to me.

I take a SSRO, Citolapram, generic for Celexa. Its alright. When I started it I was abstinent from marijuana and it really combatted my anxiety well until i started needing a bigger dose. Cannabis has the same anti-anxiety IMO for myself as Celexa. However I'm not as big a dick on the pills so my wife says. I take them for her benefit as well as mine!

But man, Ganja is much better at relieving my stress.

anti's work !! I know I am new to this forum but I have been on anti's for 15 yrs . I find smoking not only gives me a brighter side when on anti's but helps in my outlook on everything from politics to sex and all are good to know on. regulate on pot but do not give up your anti's cuz in the long run that is what you will be on to stay on a even keel . But hten again that is the way it works for me . Good luck

That's exactly how I feel. I don't plan to stop taking my anti-s. I like them, weed just increases my fun. I'm a like creative smoker I guess you could say. Some get high to fool around, some get high to jus relax, i get high and if I was somewhere nice in a national park or mountains, i could smoke and jus sit there for hours.

it is phisically impossible to OD on the ganja. you would have to smoke fiftty times your body weight......in a short period of time like an hour you would pass out after the first 3oz

What if you only way a gram! Haha. I wonder if it would be possible to make a super potent hash, or butane honey oil, and just ate it like crazy. Haha. I think you could die from too much weed though. Not overdose, but if someone went through like 3 ounces of goood ass shit in 2 hours even, personally I would have a panic attack probably. Haha

I think the only way to die from weed is to "munchie" yourself to death. A human stomach can only hold so much.
