GHS Super Lemon Haze - Smoke/Grow Report
Hi gang!
It's time for another medical marijuana report from closed4fishing.
Strain: Super Lemon Haze (1 feminized seed)
Breeder: Green House seeds
Grower: closed4fishing
Grow Info:
Fox Farm Ocean Forest soil, FF Nutes (Grow, Tiger Bloom, Big Bloom). Vegged for 2 wks under 200W T5. Flowered for 70 days under 250W HPS & 250W CFL (red spectrum). Dried for 7 days in 50% humidity then into jars for cure. Only about 1 oz on this girl. My veg time was minimal because of height concerns. She ended up about 30 inches. Pleasure to grow!
Cure at time of smoke test:
7-15 days
Bag Appeal: A+++
This stuff would be crazy if you found it on the street buying a bag. Very covered in trichs and you can smell it through the bag baby!
Smell:
Overpowering smell of lemon candy and hints of skunk. This stuff started smelling great early and just got better and better. Very similar to Amnesia Haze but a little more candied smell.
Taste:
This is another strain you will want to smoke just because it tastes so good. Even a quick dried nug will taste good. I would say the taste has the following properties - lemon candy, skunky-chronic, more lemon hehe
Effect:
In low doses you will definitely get the sativa influence but if you smoke a couple, you will be blasted and find yourself staring into space while your joint burns away.
Possible Medical Uses
Insomnia (in high doses)
back/neck pain (light/medium doses)
appetite (any dose)
possibly depression and anxiety depending on the situation
relaxation from stress (light/medium dose)

Final Thoughts:
This is a very nice strain. The female seeds grow almost identical and like little x-mas trees so you can pack them in. I popped 2 more of my 5 female seeds today just because I like it so much. I don't know if it deserved to win the Cannabis Cup two years in a row, and it didn't quite live up to the hype I've heard, but it is still a killer strain! I'll probably hang on to this one.

I believe the yield was lower because of little veg time and a small container. Also, when I stated 2 weeks of veg, I meant from the time I placed the seedling into the first soil container. So that's about 5-7 days after germination.Originally Posted by spliffbazz
Check out the pics and you'll see it was filled out pretty well. The other factor is that I had 6 other plants under the 250W HPS and the 250W CFL is just for the outer edge plants. I do rotate them, but even so, I've got 7-8 plants in a 4.5ftx2ft closet.
Still, even with the lower than usual yield, I am happy with it. Nice and stealth and I'm enjoying the cup winner

Yeh,Mines looks almost like that,but has more crystal,and the calyxs are a lil fatter.Shes preggo rite now,father is a masterkush(dutchpassion)female,that popped out a few male flowers,the last week of bud.Should get all female seeds.Not much smell,unless you squeeze the rock hard bud,smells like celery/lemon.
How tall do you think this girl would get if you LST'd it to the max for 30 days of veg, and then of course after the time you let it flower?
it looks fun to grow but like you im concerned about height.

A couple of questions if you don't mind..
I see you used FF nutes. Did you stick with the FF nute schedule? Was SLH able to take full nutes or was she picky?
With the FF soil, how often did you need to water (2 -3 times week in veg?) and in what size container?
One last Q.. Did you add anything to the FF soil? Perilite/Lime so on..
