was the satori you guys grew really potent cus mine wasn't it just yielded a lot and didnt have that many crystals

It's called plant POTENTIAL. Satori has the potential to be great smoke, but the grow determines the strength and vitality.

I am just now getting close to a fully cured stock of Satori. I was able to complete two plants this year as I had a bout with termites... grr.

I have about a 6 Z's of dried bud of Satori. I smoked some last night and the taste was sweet with a touch of lime. Has a high end taste and if I had to apply a wine variety to it, I would say it is like a fruity Chardonnay. Light and crisp with a long finish.

I'll definitely grow this again.

I grew them outside in 3 g's during veg and part flower.... then put them in the ground for three weeks before TERMITE attack!! Then I pulled them and slipped into 15 gallon pots. So they endured a bunch of stress and pulled through like champs. Ended up with 2 5-6 footers. After trimming florida mold off... sigh.... I got about 3 ounces per

All mikes gear needs extra cure time according to Jasmine.I cured M#1 a month extra and it made a big difference in the taste a buzz.......Peace

I personally haven't grown Satori, but a close friend grows it and Kali Mist as well. I have smoked both. Of the 2, i prefer Kali Mist a bit better. I do know his Satori pheno is more to the sativa side. I also enjoy the scent of Kali Mist better than Satori, but thats not saying that Satori is bad by any means. Both smell great to me.

Sadly, it's been while since i have smoked either of these and this review makes me want to take a trip to see my old friend. Good times indeed. Perhaps i can sample both and reply with some more useful info.

I have yet to sample any of Subcool/TGA goodies, but they do have their spot claimed in future grows.

You are just the person I was hoping to talk to. I haven't seen anyone else that has smoked both KM and satori. Thanks for the comparison.

I have a few KM seeds on the way, so I will know for myself in a few months. All I can say is that if KM is better than satori, it must be some damn fine weed. I've been smoking satori for a few months now, and it is by far the favorite in my garden. It's probably in my top 3 smokes of all times as well.

FWIW, my hydro growing buddy just had his first harvest off the satori clones I gave him. His yield put mine to shame. But we both think mine tastes a little bit better.

Ive got to get me some more M#1,that brazilian sativa pheno is just like kali mist.I just killed my M#1 mother and I was really looking for another pheno,I like that green fluffy pheno..........peace

Did you have to go through a lot of seeds to get that pheno? I very nearly ordered m#1 a few months back, but I saw a few complaints about potency.

I have hashberry and speedqueen on the way right now. And genfranco has convinced me I need to try 8mile. Maybe I need to get some m#1 as well? I have been very happy with my safari mix freebies.

I grew the safari mix outside this year.I got five freebies and they were good.Ive grown 50 M#1 seeds out and probably had the brazilian pheno about 10 or 12 times.You will know when you hit this pheno.As soon as Mike opens the doors Im ordering about 50 M#1 seeds and start going through phenos.M#1 has to cure a little longer,these guys bitching about the buzz were trying to smoke it before it was even good and dry let alone cured two months. M#1 is great daytime smoke with no crash,Im smoking Kali mist this morning and I cant tell much difference in it and the M#1....peace

Are the non-brazilian phenos any good? I can't see myself buying more than 1 pack, and if the other pheno are not anywhere near as good, this strain may not be for me. Thanks for the info.
