Seedbank security fails huge

What happened to the thread about SOS failure to keep customers names, addresses, email addresses, and seed orders from being online? About 11000 orders were online for the world to see. Why would someone remove this? People need to know. Hiding it is not right. I have come to love RIU. Whats going on here? Please explain. Not trying to start trouble but why remove it?

Maybe they are working on fixing the problem or at least I would hope so for the people who have there information on there.

Yeah there on it. The thread had to be removed I'd say because it has done a lot of damage to sea of seeds rep!! Lets face it seeds are big business and this will hurt them. The good news is there fixing the problem, the sites offline so no ones info is out there for everyone to see.

Lucky they got on it too because it was starting to spread like wild fire online and it could have done massive damage to there company. But in saying that, personal info should not be popping up in search engines for the world to see.

Who cares if it hurt their rep? RIU shouldn't delet those types of threads, even if SOS pays for advertisement. Are the owners of SOS the mods on here? If not, then the posts should never be deleted. The public needs to know about MAJOR FLAWS OF THIS MAGNITUDE! I can't fathom RIU taking down that thread but none of the hundreds talking trash about seed banks shipping practices or quality. That's it, leave the opinions and remove the TRUTH! WAY TO GO RIU!!!

Sos are not hiding the fact that this happened it has happened and its being dealt with, Sos and i have been on this all day and will not stop until all is good we have decided to scrap the old site early and focus on the new site which has been built using one of the best shopping carts so things like this is not likely to happen again,
We know we have a major up hill battle on our hands building our reputation again please remember this we have provided 1st class service until this....
As i said before people have a right to be pissed! because i know i would be but please note we are doing all we can to straighten this out.
