I hope so! The way they word it can also mean "if it gets lost in the mail" they will send another, I'm not too sure about customs
no email answer, but then again tracking # doesn't say that it was detained yet

why do you think it's been caught by customs m8?? have you gotten a letter from customs saying they have your gear or are you just saying it's been 15 days and it must be in customs hands??
15 days isn't much time imho.. take into account weekends and what not, that's a bit over a week ship time.. i have had orders take over 3 weeks time.. not all of them mind you, but some..
what does the tracking info say? idk about canada, but in the us, once it gets past the isc in new york, it's past customs and on it's way to me..![]()
