once again, i'm sure they're ignoring you as you have in the past contacted them about
seeds not germing.. once doing this, they are never going to respond to you again imo, and who can blame them as you put them at risk by saying that what you purchased through them was being used in an illegal manner, ie, trying to germ them..
and you really don't understand the term souvenir?? honestly?? they simply call them that to get around the laws in the uk, where the possession of
seeds is legal, so long as you don't try to germ them, so they call them souvenir's so that people understand that they're not to be germed..
i mean, after all, they are breaking the law by sending them to anyone in the u.s. what's so hard to understand about that.. most other souvenir's you buy aren't illegal to possess, therefore you'd get much better responses when trying to return them or when you have a problem with them is all..
