I ordered from nirvana mostly because how much this site supports them.

Order placed and confirmed 9/24 shipped out on 9/27 and today is 10/23. I do live in midwest so I understand it takeing awhile but a month??? And still no sign
I read tons of post about people getting them in a week or two on the coast.

To make things more difficult. I can't even log into my nirvana account because my password won't work I requested a new password several times.
Every time it says new password will be sent.
Guess what?! Like the seeds the passwords don't show up either. Even tried to make new account hopeing to talk to alice and explain the situation.
But can't get new account because I already have one.

man that blows, i order from the attitude, last order took me 9 days, a month is too long i would think

Yeah I'm in on iowa nebraska border area. In middle of nowhere. So I'd understand a delay of course.

But to be honest I'm no longer excited to go check the mail.
Maybe good thing I only dropped about 30 bucks but still.

Check your spam/trash my e-mails from Nirvana always end up in the spam bin, for some reason.

Your first problem was ordering from Nirvana. There must be 3467 threads that state Nirvana sucks. I know some have had luck with them, but any seasoned grower knows that Nirvana is for beginers. There is so much good stuff out there without the problems that follow nirvana.

Damb guys, Ordered 5 packets and got them in 14 days. Germed WW and WR and all of them popped.

I had to change my email to be able to send a ticket kinda dumb but ..
So I sent a polite message to alice to explain situation. Two days later I got a nice reply saying that I should have received them by now. And even though it clearly states on their site that they are not responsible for lost or "stolen" packages they would happily resend my order in hopes that I'll receive them this time.

So we'll see.
It was good customer service to say the least which says a lot.
