I recently attempted to purchase one pack of seeds from weedcity 2 weeks ago, a friend referred me to them & I also noticed that were talked about High Times magazine. I waited a few days, went to check on the status & it was still on the first step so I attempted to email myroor@gmail.com (James), also posted a thread on customer service. I waited another few days and my order never got processed so I checked my bank account online & It showed that I have been charged. I then start to get worried that I may have been scammed out of my money so I give the toll free 1-888# (USA) & I never got a answer, I understand we in the U.S. are in a totally different time zone so I wait to the next day too call, I call early that next day & I get threw. I ask about the status of my order and the guy ask for my last name so I give it to him, then I tell him I was charged & he tells me that the company was taken over by another company because the owner was arrested. Then the guys tells me that the company was taken over on the day I was charged but he has no record of money being transfered over & tells me to contact my bank go get my money back.

I purchased my order with a atm bank account card, I was told that it is hard to get money back from purchases with that type of card. What should I do, anyone ever had this happen to them before? This really makes me upset, and to top it off weedcity charges double the amount for a pack of seeds then nirvana seedbank does!

all I can say is you should have done some home work before deciding on a seedbank
weedcity's prices seem way too low to be real, I would have been suspicious of them from the beginning

You make a good point with doing my homework but a close friend just purchased from them 3 months ago and got his beans 17 days later. I honestly did little research before purchase and everything seemed good, after purchased I signed up to twitter & seen a cluster fuck of bad recent reviews. Next time I order from anywhere I will check with rollitup first. As far as weedcity being cheap on seeds, I do not agree. The double prices pretty much that seedbanks have on there own sites.

I honestly had this idea in mind, I might just wait to get a bank statement before I take any actions. Besides my card is almost expired and I want a new one with custom pictures on it. Not really sure if it's a good idea considering I'm about to purchase supplies for my grow room though.

that may be true now, but the last time I saw a weedcity add they were $20 for all of their strains. I guess that may have been a sale or something, a;; I am saying is with all the REALLY good seed banks out there ie)ATTITUDE, NIRVANA etc.
I just think its weird that people buy from the odd ones. I mean no offence what so ever but usually seeds from the "lesser known" seed banks are not as stable or don't grow worth anything, thats all I am saying.:twiste d:
