I ordered Nirvana seeds from Rhino.

I don't think there is anything wrong with Nirvana seeds. They are low cost. Not the latest greatest but viable seed.

Rhino is the one distributing them and I take issue with the way they conduct business.

I hope theres nothing wrong with the delivery or the beans, I ordered 5 strains and don't want to be burned the first time out....

Same reason they have that "grass to green" scam ad...They paid for it.

To make sure everyone understands, I ordered Nirvana seed from Rhino AKA http://www.cannabis-seeds.co.uk/.

Rhino is the one that has screwed up my order.

No disrespect intended for Nirvana.

I have received another email from Rhino asking why they haven't sent my seeds.(It still shows processing on their website)
They told me they were out of Papaya would I like to chose another strain.
I resent my email(I keep them all)that I had already replied to this question giving them 2 different alternatives they could send to make it easy.
They acted like I was to blame for not responding.
So after a couple more emails saying send me something even if it was 2 packs of the same thing or send me a refund(two charges on my visa from them so far).
Today I check their online order status and it says ...you guessed it "Processing".

I can only suggest that you buy your seeds from any other distributor than Rhino! I don't think they are trying to rip me off. I just think their customer service sucks.

After sending him his own email back that says he was shipping a replacement to me back on the 4th of Sept. After that, he ask me if I would like a replacment again?

Apparently it is much easier to get a job in the UK than here.

if had nothing but great luck with the customer service from Nirvana. i must say that some of the beaners dint germinate proper from me but they did send me free ones for the ones that were fucked.. how cool..

I ordered straight from Nirvanas website, they responded 2 days later via e-mail saying the order was being sent, its been two weeks since....

Are the majority of problems coming from Rhino, or is Nirvana having issues too?
