Been waiting nearly 4 weeks!

For my seeds. Nirvana-shop.com.

I only ordered 10 seeds and payed by cc. The entire time i have had my order in Customer service on their site has been down.

I recieved the "paid" "in Transit" and "shipped" Emails. I live on the west coast if that helps.

What are the chances my seeds are still coming? Any way i can get a hold of Nirvana?

I am a sad panda.

Ive heard orders from nirvana take a while but not a month.I would email nirvana and let them know after a month still no seeds.I also think your chances of getting them now r slim.

Yeah it seems all I can do is hope to contact them. Makes me really rage that their customer service site has been down this whole time.

what do you mean customer service site? It's been a while since I've ordered from them but they have a service site and a retail site? That right their is sketchy don't you think? Your chances are slim but I had another package show up about 34-36 days later but not from nirvana. Good luck!

i got my short riders in less then a week from Nirvana to the USA..

I got a hold of Nirvana, Alice was very nice

They are resending my entire order, with extras. When they get here I will update again!

Sorry to hear that man. I ordered from them about 3 weeks ago on a monday and they were in my mailbox on saturday. I was super paranoid when i saw there customer service was down too. BUT you can file a ticket with them to contact them. Log in to your account and on the right side at the bottom of a menu it says Help Desk. Click that and you can fill out a support ticket so hopefully they will get back to you. They will probably re-ship them to you as long as you are patient and polite. Good luck.
